For over a year now, a new situation has appeared in our lives that we have to face - the pandemic

It has affected everyone, in a smaller or larger way. During this time, many of us struggled with various problems and stress related to fear for the health of ourselves or our relatives, work, running a business or the future of our family.


It should be emphasized that long-term stress causes significant changes in the functioning of the body. Its effect can manifest in many ways - headaches, multi joints pains, tiredness, among others. as a result of clenching the jaw or changing posture. It also often causes sleep disturbances and affects digestive problems. In addition, under the influence of chronic stress, the body is more susceptible to all kinds of infections and allergies are worse.


There are many healthy methods for minimizing the effects of stress or eliminating it. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Therefore, the fight against stress must always be tailored to individual problems and symptoms. One of the techniques supporting the fight against stress is also physiotherapy.


In order to minimize and eliminate the negative effects of long-term stress, we try to prevent it by:

  • muscle relaxation during massage, which can take the form of a relaxing, therapeutic or sports treatment,

  • improvement of tissue blood supply,

  • removal of contractures,

  • reduction of muscle and joint pain.


Although we know that the situation that is taking place does not help us, please try to find at least a moment to relax, unwind and calm down
